Each account is individual and cannot be combined
together with other accounts - there really is
nothing to be gained monetarily by registering
more than once. Every account is only eligable
for pay out when it is in excess of £25.
How can I make the most of Bakanda?

any goods and services, check Bakanda's portal

and advertisers online today. Our merchants can
supply most of the things you could want from

When will my account be credited with cash back?
Your account will be credited
as soon as we have confirmation from the merchant
of your purchase/successful application/registration.
It can take up to 60 days for this confirmation
to come through, but in practise you should not
have to wait that long to see your cash back rewards
grow.
When will my cash back earned be credited to my Bank Account/sent by cheque?
Providing you have at least £25
in your Bakanda Account, we will credit your Bank
Account or send you a Cheque every quarter. Payment
schedule: w/c 5th March, 5th June, 5th September
and 5th December.
Which Browser settings does Bakanda support?
Bakanda requires that you have
cookies enabled in your browser. Bakanda also
works best in Internet Explorer.
How can I find out the amount of cash back in my account?
When you log on to Bakanda your
current cash back reward total will always be
displayed in the top right hand corner of the
page. Alternatively, simply click on "My
Account" at the top of the Navigator Bar and
the amount of cash back you have earned will be
displayed along with the date it was credited.
How do I update my personal account details?
Simply click on "My
Details" at the top of the Navigator
and you can edit your details at any time by adding
the new information and then clicking "Update
Details". Remember to keep your details current
so tha we can esure a speedy and smooth payment
of your cash back rewards.
Can I register with Bakanda if I live outside the UK ?
Yes, but all payments are made in pounds
sterling and can only be made by Cheque to an
address in the UK or to a Bank Account registered
in the UK. Users outside the UK are also advised
to check the service policies of all advertisers
with regards to international orders/applications.
What if Bakanda does not have the merchant I want to use?
Then please let us know which
shop or service you are looking for and we will
try our very best to contact them and invite them
to join the Bakanda UK shopping portal.
What happens if I cancel/return an order?
If your cash back reward has
already been credited to your account, it will
be reversed from upon notification from the merchant
in question. If you think you have cause to dispute
any reversal or non-credit, please contact
us staight away.
What is the "Refer
a Friend" programme?
Tell your friends about Bakanda
using our email
form, and as well as giving them the opportunity
to receive cash back rewards, you will be entered
into our monthly prize draw to Win £50.You
can submit as many valid emails as you like, and
you will get an entry into the draw for each one!
(Please note that duplicate email addresses and
